Yes, it’s true that I am passionate about Île d’Orléans’ fertile land.
Thanks to the farmers, I discover new products every season. I have the utmost respect
for these men and women who use their know-how to offer us a variety of ingredients
that turn the simplest dishes into pure gastronomic delights. It was a real pleasure
to participate in this recipe book, which allowed me to meet new farmers and discover
new products.
