his agrotourism recipe book features the farmers of Île d’Orléans and their personal recipes. Follow the evolution of the different crops that are harvested between March and October. Discover the products of Île d’Orléans; they are plentiful and varied. But above all, use this book to visit the island and meet our farmers.The photos, which are a real and natural reflection of the farmers, were taken without special arrangements in order to depict the reality of daily life as accurately as possible.The recipes are quick and simple and sure to please the palate. I spent the best summer of my life in the company of the island’s farmers, thanks to their openness and generosity. Despite endless work days and unexpected occurrences, they participated wholeheartedly in this project. Knowing them is a privilege I wish to share with you.
